Important Dates and Guidelines

Financial Aid: Students seeking financial aid must complete and submit all required documentation and confirm course registration by the published Financial Aid Priority Deadline for the relevant term. Missing this deadline may result in delays in aid disbursement and any applicable refunds. Once financial aid is officially released, student refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Course Registration: Registered students will receive access to their enrolled courses no later than 48 hours before the official start date of each term, allowing time to review materials, communicate with instructors, and prepare for the upcoming semester.

Grading: Faculty members are required to submit final course grades within one week following the conclusion of each term. Finalized grades are then recorded and made available on student transcripts through the university’s academic portal.

Degree Conferral: Degrees are formally awarded within 30 days after final grades are posted for a student’s final term. Students officially graduate at the end of the term during which they complete all academic and administrative degree requirements, unless a formal extension is approved by the Office of the Registrar. Students are responsible for confirming the exact spelling of their diploma name in the student portal no later than 30 days before the term ends.

Administrative Office Hours: The Central Global University Administrative Offices operate Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GET (Global Eastern Time). Student inquiries sent via email or the student portal are monitored continuously to ensure prompt assistance and support.
