Academic honesty is a fundamental principle of the educational process. It is essential to maintaining the value of the academic qualifications students earn and the credibility of Central Global University.

Academic honesty is vital to the proper evaluation of the knowledge, skills, and understanding students acquire throughout their studies. Evaluation may be based on quizzes, examinations, reports, homework, projects, discussions, research activities, and other assignments used by faculty members to assess student achievement. Any action that compromises the integrity of this evaluation process constitutes academic dishonesty.

Central Global University strictly prohibits all forms of academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, falsification, and unauthorized collaboration.

Examples of academic dishonesty
include but are not limited to:

• Copying from another student's assignment, examination, quiz, or coursework, or obtaining unauthorized access to assessment materials.
• Plagiarism, including presenting another person's academic, creative, or professional work as your own, or using another person's ideas, words, or research without proper citation.
• Falsification, alteration, or misuse of official academic records or university documents.
• Unauthorized modification of grades, coursework, or academic records through technical or non-technical means.
• Submitting assignments, reports, projects, dissertations, or other academic work that has been substantially prepared by another individual without authorization.
• Assisting, facilitating, encouraging, or participating in any act of academic dishonesty.
• Using artificial intelligence, automated tools, or external assistance in ways that violate course or assessment requirements.

Students found responsible for academic dishonesty may be subject to assignment failure, course failure, suspension, expulsion, or other disciplinary actions as determined by Central Global University in accordance with its academic policies.
