- All university premises, activities, online platforms, and sanctioned events
Policy Guidelines

- Students and staff of all gender identities shall have equal access to resources, facilities, and participation in university activities.
2. Anti-Discrimination Commitment

- The university adopts a zero-tolerance stance against gender-based violence, harassment, and bullying.
3. Gender-Sensitive Learning Environment
- Academic programs and materials should promote gender awareness and avoid stereotypes.
- Faculty and staff are encouraged to use inclusive, non-discriminatory language and practices.
4. Support and Reporting Mechanisms
- The university shall provide confidential counseling and support services for those affected by gender-based issues.
- Clear, accessible reporting channels will be maintained for victims to lodge complaints without fear of retaliation.
5. Policy Awareness and Training
- Regular training workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns will be organized for students, faculty, and staff to promote gender sensitivity and equality.
Reporting and Redressal
Any individual who experiences or witnesses gender-based discrimination or harassment is encouraged to report the incident promptly through one of the following:
- Online Gender Equality Grievance Form (available on the student/staff portal)
- In-person reporting at the Office of Student Affairs or Human Resources
All complaints will be treated seriously, investigated fairly, and resolved in a timely and confidential manner.
Monitoring and Review
The university’s Gender Equality Committee will monitor the implementation of this policy and review it periodically to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
